Phyllis DeShazo

Phyllis received her R.EEG.T certification from The American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologist on November 1978.  . She has worked as a Chief EEG technologist at Southwest Medical Center from 1980-1982. Then she moved to Presbyterian Hospital as Chief EEG Technologist from 1982-2000. Phyllis entered the field of intraoperative monitoring in May 2001. She received her Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) on May 2001. Phyllis is currently American Intraoperative Monitoring’s lead END technologist. She is able to perform monitoring at many hospitals in the Oklahoma area, including OKC, Tulsa, and Enid areas. She is an active member of ASET.
